I offer weekly one-on-one therapy (53 min sessions).
For individuals ages 21-85 within who reside in the state of Oregon.
Both in person and telehealth options.
My approach is trauma focused and grounded in a deep respect for your unique story. I integrate somatic and cognitive approaches and draw from evidence-based modalities such as:
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Motivational Interviewing
Safety Planning & Risk Assessment

I work with the following insurance plans*: Aetna, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, PacificSource, Providence Health Plan, United Healthcare, United Healthcare EAP.
My private pay rate is $100 per session (53 minutes).
