Choosing therapy is a brave step into the unknown.

It is an act of courage and care for yourself.

Social Justice & Equality

I believe that supporting healing from trauma, caused by violence and oppression, requires being an advocate for social justice and equality.

I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, people of all abilities, immigrants, and sex workers.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a deep respect for the unique lived experiences each person brings, alongside my commitment to resist systems and policies that perpetuate inequality and oppression.

Approach to Therapy

As a Clinical Social Work Associate at Mindful Therapy Group, under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual and domestic violence, religious trauma, difficult or painful childhoods, or those that have symptoms related to PTSD.

In our work together, I prioritize creating a supportive space where you can begin to reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

My work is informed by anti-oppressive and feminist values. I view healing as a collaborative and relational process. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that have held pain with compassion and without judgment.
